We may collect parent, guardian and learner details including names, dates of birth, contact details, nationality, school history, educational needs, health or accessibility information, identification documents and enrollment records. We also receive information in enquiries, consultation requests, feedback and correspondence.

Our website may record limited technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address and pages visited for security and website improvement.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries; assess and manage admissions; design and deliver educational support; communicate with families; safeguard learners; administer fees and records; improve our services and website; and meet legal, regulatory or contractual responsibilities.

Where consent is the appropriate basis, including for optional photographs or marketing, it may be withdrawn by contacting us.

Our work involves children and may require educational, health, developmental or safeguarding information. We collect only what is reasonably needed, apply additional care to sensitive information, and normally work through a parent or legal guardian unless the law permits or requires otherwise.

You may also object to or request restriction of certain processing, withdraw consent, and raise a concern about how information is handled.
