We aim to keep programme, event, fee and enrollment information accurate and current. Website content is general information and does not by itself guarantee assessment outcomes, programme placement, availability, learning results or admission. Please confirm important details directly with Admissions.

Applications must contain complete and accurate information. EMLC may request assessments, records, meetings or supporting documents before recommending a programme. Admission and continued placement depend on learner needs, available capacity, safeguarding considerations and acceptance of the applicable enrollment documents.

Current fees, payment dates, attendance expectations, notice periods, refunds and cancellations are governed by the quotation, fee schedule, enrollment agreement or other service document accepted by the family. If those documents conflict with this general website notice, the signed or specifically agreed document will apply to that service.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful material, impersonate another person or interfere with its operation. Families and learners are expected to follow applicable EMLC conduct, safety and safeguarding procedures. In an emergency or where a person may be at risk, EMLC may take reasonable protective action and contact appropriate persons or authorities.

Unless otherwise stated, EMLC owns or is licensed to use the website design, text, graphics, photographs, downloads and educational materials.
